I can not believe the time has flown by this fast. This is officially my last blog! I have enjoyed getting to express my thoughts and opinions, as well as improve my writing skills, among all sorts of other benefits. This experience of having my very own personal blog has been exciting, and about learning and discovering new things. I am pleased I can now say that I have done it, made my own blog. (even if it was a class that gave me the push I needed to try something new like this, I’m glad it happened.)
For the topic for my final blog, I will be going over some information I learned from the slides in my social media class. Part of it entails a specific area of social media and how it can be applied. I will write about Social Care and the key ways it integrates social media into its industry.
Social media is an important tool to take advantage of in the social care industry for three main reasons that I observed. One being to provide creation executions of campaigns. Another, to foster and maintain existing relationships among the members of the online community. My last example is, because social care has become an integrated part of the awareness social media professionals need.
In order to set up a proactive social care program for not only businesses, but social media professionals as well, this required something to be set up. And with this unique set up, the following could successfully take place: establishment of a team of professionals who are trained, establishment of key performance indicators to determine failure or success, creation of designated responsibilities and training protocols, and assignment of specific tasks for certain employees. All around, this turned out to be highly beneficial in the workplace at hand.
Now I will list some benefits I learned that come with social care. Understanding it is not only the products people are concerned about, but the experience. And it makes it easy for the customer to get on with their business.
I found this information about social care interesting and I hope you did too! For now I will be done blogging, but maybe I will attempt it again one day, considering how much I enjoyed it. Thanks for reading π
